I like how F & P is considerate to students with special needs. It is very difficult to find programs that address reading instruction that is aware of the vast differences in your students.

I like how F & P can be used all the way from Kindergarten through 12th grade. For a student who is in a school district that uses F & P this provides them with consistency. They will be used to the assessment and it will be a regular part of their learning experience.
